Over-the-Counter Plan Review

We offer over-the-counter plan review for smaller projects to help keep your work moving forward with minimal delays. This service is ideal for projects that meet the following criteria:

• New residential buildings

• Tenant improvements under 2,000 sq. ft.

• Kitchen hood suppression systems

You can upload your plans through our online portal or bring them on a thumb drive for in-person review.

From May 19 to November 21, 2025, over-the-counter plan review will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., on a first-come, first-served basis.

This temporary schedule allows us to better manage staff time between office plan reviews and field inspections.
