At the heart of what we do here at the El Dorado Hills Fire Department is our Operations Division. We are the team that shows up when you call 911, and the firefighters and paramedics who respond to emergencies day and night.

Whether it’s a house fire, a medical emergency, a car accident, or even a water rescue out on the lake, we are trained and ready to go. Every call is different, but our purpose is always the same: to protect the people and places that make El Dorado Hills feel like home.

When you see a fire engine in your neighborhood, a medic unit responding on the road, or our team out handling a rescue, that is us doing the job we’ve trained for. We are here around the clock because we care about this community, and we take pride in being ready when you need us.
