Conference Room Reservation Details

The El Dorado Hills Fire Department is pleased to offer our conference rooms to non-profit organizations within our community for official business purposes. Please review the following guidelines and policies before submitting your reservation request.

Reservation Guidelines:

  • Priority Use: The El Dorado Hills Fire Department retains priority for conference room usage. Reservations may be canceled if departmental needs arise.
  • Alcohol, Smoking, and Monetary Exchanges: Alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the property. Additionally, any monetary exchanges are not allowed.
  • Usage Limit: Each organization is limited to reserving the conference room up to four times per calendar year.
  • Reservation Timeframe: Reservations can only be made within 30 days of the meeting date.
  • Setup and Cleanup: Groups are responsible for setting up and cleaning up after their meetings. Please ensure that the premises are vacated by the end of your reservation time, no later than 9:30 p.m.
  • Room Access: Access is restricted to the meeting room and public restrooms only.
  • Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit is required for each reservation.

    Maximum Occupancy: 114 People

  • Station 86 Conference Room
    3670 Bass Lake Road, El Dorado Hills
    Maximum Occupancy: 20 People
    Station 86 conference room

Requesting a Conference Room:

  1. Please review the Policy for Use of a Meeting Room before submitting the request form. .
  2. To reserve a conference room, complete the Conference Room Request Form below.
  3. Keep in mind that the Fire Department has first priority for room usage, and reservations may be canceled in the event of a scheduling conflict.
