Board President Greg Durante has served on the El Dorado Hills Fire Department Board of Directors since 2008 and currently holds the role of Board President. His leadership supports the department’s mission to provide high-quality emergency services and strengthen community resilience.

Before joining the board, Greg served in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Electronics Technician First Class (ET1), specializing in LORAN navigation systems. He also worked in the private sector with Motorola for 41 years before retiring, bringing valuable technical and operational experience to his role. In addition, Greg served as a volunteer lieutenant with the El Dorado Hills Fire Department for 23 years, giving him a unique perspective and deep connection to the department’s operations.

Greg is committed to supporting the fire department’s strategic goals and ensuring transparency, accountability, and public trust.

Board Member Tim White has proudly served on the El Dorado Hills Fire Department Board of Directors since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of steady leadership and a deep commitment to public safety. His long-standing service reflects his dedication to the community and his belief in the critical importance of strong, reliable emergency services.

With a professional background in finance and management, Tim brings a strategic perspective to board decision-making, particularly in the areas of budgeting, long-term planning, and fiscal accountability. His career experience helps ensure that the department operates efficiently while continuing to meet the high standards expected by the community.

A resident of El Dorado Hills for over 25 years, Tim is passionate about supporting the well-being of local families and ensuring that first responders have the resources they need. He values transparency, collaboration, and thoughtful governance, and he takes pride in helping guide the department’s mission to deliver high-quality, responsive service to the residents of El Dorado Hills.

Board Member Dan Donelli brings over 30 years of public safety experience as a Board Member of the El Dorado Hills Fire Department. Recently retired as a Chief Deputy from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, Dan oversaw major divisions including Patrol, Investigations, SWAT, K9, and Air Operations, managing a team of over 600 personnel and a budget $128 million.

Throughout his career, Dan led critical incident responses to fires, floods, and civil unrest and served on several behavioral and public health boards.

He now continues his service to the community as President of the Winterhaven Homeowners’ Association. Dan is also actively involved in local community safety initiatives and youth sports mentorship in El Dorado Hills.

On the Fire Board, he contributes to several committees, including Finance, CRCR, and Strategic Planning, bringing valuable leadership and operational expertise to support the department’s mission and enhance community safety.

Board Member Kevin Gotro serves on the El Dorado Hills Fire Department Board of Directors, bringing over 30 years of fire service experience, including leadership as a chief officer. A resident of El Dorado Hills for more than 23 years, Kevin’s background in emergency services provides valuable insight into department operations and the needs of first responders.

His commitment to public safety and community service has extended beyond the fire service. His commitment to public service and local governance is reflected in his role on the Board.

Debbie is dedicated to promoting transparency, strategic growth, and community trust, both in her role with the fire department and through her continued advocacy for El Dorado Hills.
